Milk and More

Each day over 220 dairy farms generate a versatile milk supply, from conventional to organic and grass-fed, for all operations. All milk is 100% rBST-free, which means no artificial growth hormones are in the milk supply.
Vitamin D, reduced fat, low fat, fat free in white and chocolate.
Our facilities also produce a variety of traditional milk by-products like half & half, whipping cream, cream and seasonal eggnog offered in UHT regular and HTST low fat.

Value-Added Milk

Cow’s milk with all of the nutrients and vitamins, but without the lactose. A natural enzyme is added to remove the lactose. It’s that simple.
Traditional cow’s milk with Omega-3 fatty acids added, a source of DHA, to support brain and body health.
Milk from pastured dairy cows that graze in fields as long as the seasons allow here in Northeast Ohio. Milk from grass-fed cows may contain higher levels of nutrients and vitamins.

The majority of the dairy farms are located within 50 miles of our plants to ensure maximum freshness.

Cultured Products (Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream and Buttermilk)

We still believe making cottage cheese the old-fashioned way is the best…slow-cooked to deliver a clean, slightly salty, cultured flavor with a firm curd.

Our traditional sour cream is produced by adding cultures to pasteurized cream for a mildly acidic flavor and a thick, smooth texture.

All of our flavored dips are manufactured using a real sour cream base for premium flavor and texture. All of our cultured products are Kosher certified.

Ice Cream and Frozen Desserts

Our ice cream is made with fresh cream and milk from local dairy farms. It doesn’t get any fresher than that. Additionally, we only use the finest fudges, fruits and nuts available to produce a wide variety of premium ice cream flavors.
